Promoting and supporting corporate culture, alignment with values, ensuring effective communication between specialists within teams.
Organization of holidays, events, birthdays.
Participation in international HR projects.

Reikalavimai

Work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist / People Partner / Recruiter.
Experience in filling vacancies of various levels of complexity.
Knowledge of Lithuanian and English for free communication with international teams.
Ability to identify and analyze the needs, motivation, goals of team members.
Ability to resolve issues constructively.
Coordination with managers and motivation of the team to achieve common goals.
The skill of building long-term, trusting relationships on a personal level.
Skills in planning, organizing and conducting team events.
Desire to grow and develop in the HR sphere.
Will definitely be a plus
Experience in FinTech or IT sphere.
Knowledge or practical skills in the field of psychology.
Skills of promotion in Instagram and other social networks.
Knowledge of spoken Russian.
