Our client – a leading trading company is currently seeking a Director of Wholesale Trade for the Baltic States to join its team.
Job description and responsibilities:
Determination and Implementation of the main Strategic Goals (objectives, deadlines and KPIs in wholesale trade);
Performance of Market and Competitor Analysis (identify and implement development opportunities);
Customer Attraction and Loyalty Strategies;
Collaboration with Suppliers and Customers, (negotiations and cooperation);
Establish long-term and short-term goals for the department.
Requirements:
Higher education in commerce or related fields;
Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience in sales, trade, or business development;
Very good knowledge of English (oral and written), Russian – an advantage;
Strategic thinking, leadership, experience in leading large teams;
Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
