Managing full-cycle recruitment process, including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes;
Being a reliable partner for Hiring Managers (advising and consulting Hiring Managers regarding the market, candidates, interview processes, Candidate Experience);
Ensuring recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation;
Developing and using the network of professional contacts;
Leading Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategic projects and initiatives.

Reikalavimai

Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment;
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;
Experience in both - agency and in-house recruitment;
Prior experience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
Solid understanding of the robust recruitment process and positive candidate experience;
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, a demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail;
Proactivity in problem solving and tackling challenges as they come;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
