The Business Development Team Lead will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and leading a team.
Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and expectations.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present business development plans, and performance reports to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
Lead the team in managing the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Reikalavimai

Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English.
