Fresh categories strategy creation and implementation;
Development and follow-up on category management and supplier strategies;
Leading negotiations with suppliers and cooperation with internal stakeholders;
Category Group pricing policy development and implementation;
Regular sales, margins and stock control and follow-up;
Suggest solutions and ideas, how to improve internal processes.

Reikalavimai

University degree and at least 3 years management experience in FMCG field, preferably in Sourcing / Buying / Category Management;
Strong leadership and change management skills;
Experience working in the matrix, cross country & different cultures will be considered as an advantage;
Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate in the way of working;
Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
Experience working with SAP system (an advantage);
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
