Develops, installs and maintains reliable risk management framework, which could fit international standards as well as requirements of Bank of Lithuania.
Assures that the company adequately identifies, measures, monitors and controls financial risks, operational, compliance, strategic and reputational risks.
In cooperation with other departments, participates and concludes all necessary risk management documentation.
Participate in developing and updating internal risk policies and procedures, setting risk based approach to all company’s risk related processes.
Monitors, collects information, registers, analyzes and provides suggestions, conclusions regarding the company’s risk events.
Develops partner risk evaluation systems, proposes limits and exceptions to them, submits them for approval to the Board.
Periodically assess risk management system effectiveness and makes suggestions for the updates, improvements and implementation of effective risk management frameworks and measures.
Follows up and controls the implementation of risk treatment plans and risk management system improvements plans.
Participates in investigations of the most significant risk incidents of the institution.

Reikalavimai

5+ year experience with risk management and / or compliance within the financial industry or similar regulatory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related experience.
Knowledge and experience with laws and regulations governing payment services and financial institutions, regulatory practices, international standards.
Knowledge of regulatory, international standards, requirements of Bank of Lithuania.
Leadership ability with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in all areas.
Excellent judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills, the ability to analyze, summarize data.
Fluent Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
