Reikalavimai

Independently search, attract, and recruit long-haul CE category drivers.
Create and execute recruitment strategies (from active sourcing to employer branding).
Build driver candidate pipelines across various countries.
Develop partnerships with international agencies, schools, and sourcing channels.
Travel to third countries for recruitment campaigns.
Ensure all recruitment complies with legal migration and labor standards.

Įmonė siūlo

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting CE drivers for transportation/logistics companies.
Hands-on experience attracting drivers from third countries and managing migration documentation.
Ability to generate candidate flow independently, not just manage incoming CVs.
Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
Fluent Russian and English.
Willingness and readiness to travel internationally for recruitment purposes.
