Work description

Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead the coordination and preparation of consolidated financial statements, including consolidation.
Support management in the expansion and monitoring of the group reporting system.
Drive the development of closing and reporting processes.
Manage cooperation with tax authorities and auditors.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and manage special projects, such as M&A initiatives.

Requirements

A university degree (preferably a Master’s) with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience, ideally with a Big 4 firm or in investment controlling and management.
Strong IT skills and openness to IT implementation projects within a commercial environment.
Experience in designing and implementing cross-functional processes in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Fluency in English, German language would be a big plus.
Analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking.
A hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, teamwork skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
