Work description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager Baltics to lead HR operations and drive people-related initiatives across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The role works closely and collaboratively with the main HR function of Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with regional policies, processes, and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement HR strategies in close cooperation with the Northern Europe HR team.
•    Lead the HR function across the Baltics and ensure efficient HR processes.
•    Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
•    Manage complex employee relations and support conflict resolution.
•    Oversee competence-based recruitment and talent attraction.
•    Support succession planning, talent development, and DEIB initiatives aligned with Northern Europe guidelines.
•    Maintain accurate HR data and processes in Workday.
•    Provide HR insights and data-based recommendations to local and regional management.
 

Requirements

•    Significant HR experience, including HR team leadership.
•    Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of Latvian and Estonian regulations is an advantage.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
•    Ability to work strategically and operationally across multiple countries.
•    Experience working with or within regional structures is a strong plus.
•    Fluent English.
•    Workday knowledge is an advantage.
•    Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
