Our Client is an international company with a qualified, experienced, and competent team that produces elastomers products and exports them worldwide, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager.
Job description and responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to address their inquiries and provide necessary information;
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner;
Enter and manage primary documents to the accounting program accurately and efficiently;
Maintain organized records and files;
Support managers with various administrative tasks as needed;
Coordinate office work and provide support to colleagues.
Requirements:
Experience in project management (textile, wood, metal product development) will be an advantage.
Excellent logical skills and ability to work proactively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset and management potential.
Adaptable to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, German – will be an advantage.
