Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, understanding their business needs and objectives;
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any potential issues;
Identify opportunities to expand and develop the portfolio of strategic clients, collaborating with internal teams to devise tailored solutions;
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure a unified approach to the management of strategic clients;
Work towards achieving financial goals and maintaining profitability;
Effectively communicate strategies, goals, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders;
Lead the team of wholesale unit.

Reikalavimai

Higher education in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
Previous experience in a Corporate Client Relationship Manager role or similar, preferably in the retail or service industry would be considered an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills;
Strategic thinking;
Results-oriented with experience in achieving sales targets;
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
