Organizing the daily accounting work of the group companies, ensuring the smooth execution of accounting processes.
Developing and leading the team, acting as a reliable team leader and mentor.
Improving accounting processes with the aim of transitioning to the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Coordinating the preparation of reports and the audit process for both individual companies and consolidated financial statements.
Initiating and implementing projects to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department and the company's financial and asset control.
Actively collaborating with colleagues from other departments and assisting in resolving accounting and tax-related issues.

Reikalavimai

Higher university education (finance, accounting, audit).
At least 3 years of experience working as a chief accountant.
Experience in leading a medium-sized team.
Willingness and ability to work in a changing environment, with the ability to initiate changes independently.
Excellent knowledge of current tax laws and accounting standards.
Good English language skills.
Excellent Excel skills.
Advantages: experience working in group companies; understanding and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
