Lead and direct the team of project managers through all aspects of the project life cycle;
Develop and maintain the project management strategy and processes;
Take lead in development together with our R&D team, suppliers, and customers;
Maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B customers, suppliers and strengthen the new ones;
Coordinate project activities with other departments;
Provide guidance and assistance to project teams to ensure the successful completion of their projects;
Develop and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the project management process;
Manage the introduction of changes and maintain project stakeholder relations;
Report regularly to upper management on project activities, risks, and performance.

Reikalavimai

You are a strong project manager who understands how to execute and follow things to the door;
A great team player with proven experience in managing teams;
Can work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on following through and taking ownership;
Detail orientated, organized, and able to prioritize team daily work;
A common understanding of upholstery and sewing will be an advantage;
English on a professional level;
Have a bachelor’s or a master's degree in Industrial Design, Production Engineering, or similar education;
Have knowledge of Solid Works, good skills in Microsoft Project or similar tool;
B category driving license.
