Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Regularly track and analyze key metrics, and identify and implement improvements.
Grow the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with other company departments (logistics, technology, marketing, etc.) in defining and implementing sales strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Promote a positive and motivated team culture across diverse locations.
Continuously improve sales processes and tools.

Reikalavimai

Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Be a skilled negotiator with the ability to secure advantageous terms and build strong partnerships.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English.
