This position belongs in Innovation Division meaning that it's never routine or boring repetitive tasks. Innovation Division evaluates new ideas and transforms them into new products.

Innovation and Market Analyst's role is crucial in performing an evaluation of new opportunities because based on that analysis the decision whether to go forward with new idea is made.



Work closely with Product Manager, IT Architect and UX experts in order to understand and define the implementation of business needs
Specify and visualize requirements and business processes (UML, BPMN diagrams, Use Cases, User Stories)
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and project team on new business opportunity feasibility
Research, identify and define new markets and competitors
Articulate value propositions, and identify growth opportunities
Creatively obtain and vet data, develop and execute quantitative analyses with (potentially incomplete) data, cross-check results to identify potential inconsistencies or limitations
Perform in-depth financial analysis of new opportunities
Develop new business strategies based on acquired data.

Reikalavimai

Experience in performing business analysis (SWOT, STEEPLE, competitors analysis, financial analysis, ROI)
Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the IT or Banking industry
Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
BA/BS Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics or the equivalent
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
