KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (EU market)

Darbo aprašymas

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives;
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue;
Monitor market trends to stay ahead of industry developments;
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to management.

Reikalavimai

Proven experience in key account management (with experience in logistics or transportation preferred);
Experience with the European market;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMR software;
Quick orientation and ability to manage a large amount of information;
Good planning and time management skills;
Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages (German, French or Italian) would be a big advantage.
