Your main responsibilities will include pricing, promo and assortment analysis to help our 3 countries in Baltics determine competitive & profitable pricing strategies. We expect you to bring your data based insights, best practices, provide support and guidance while implementing agreed actions with follow up on the results.
Collect and collate data, review, interpret and validate outputs from multiple sources;
Present data driven actionable insights across sites / products / prices / promos and provide recommendations towards business;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category management, Finance, Marketing teams to ensure pricing alignment with business goals;
Follow-up and communicating results and updates of initiatives to Key Decision-Makers at different levels;
Keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends, share learnings on methodology and process within business units in Baltics and Global teams;

Reikalavimai

2-3 years hands on experience with complex analytical tasks;
Wide know-how on enterprise reporting systems/databases, Power BI;
Proven track record on generating valuable insights, driving data based improvements or other relevant retail experience;
Strong analytical skills and make data driven decisions;
Strong Business mindset;
Excellent communication & presentation skills;
Fluency in English and Excel, PowerPoint;
Ability to handle multiple tasks & stakeholders;
Ability to work independently and be part of a fast-paced environment.
