Lead both external and internal communication efforts to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Plan and execute the company's social media communication, enhancing our online presence and engagement.
Draft compelling reports, articles, newsletters, and various texts that resonate with diverse audiences.
Oversee the management of internal information channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Collaborate with People & Culture team on company's employer branding plan implementation.
Work closely with external communication partners on relevant projects to expand our reach and impact.

Reikalavimai

A degree in communication or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in public relations and/or other communication projects.
Proven experience in establishing and maintaining media contacts.
Social Media Savvy: hands-on experience in managing corporate or project social media accounts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate and argue points effectively.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
