A leading and rapidly growing industrial manufacturing company in the heavy-duty commercial mobility sector is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead its full-cycle production operations. This senior role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize an established, state-of-the-art production facility with full responsibility for all plant processes — from design and preparation to manufacturing, quality assurance, purchasing, and delivery.
The role requires a strong leader with excellent technical expertise, organizational skills, and proven success in managing cross-functional manufacturing teams in an international environment.

Full accountability for design, production preparation, manufacturing, quality control, purchasing, and delivery processes within the factory.
Direct management of the Purchasing team, ensuring cost-effective procurement and on-time availability of materials and components.
Lead process optimization initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, automation).
Oversee daily operations to meet production volume, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Manage plant budgets, resources, capacity planning, and investment projects.
Ensure adherence to international quality standards (e.g., ISO) and safety/environmental regulations.
Provide leadership and development opportunities for production, engineering, quality, logistics, and purchasing teams.
Cooperate closely with internal design, R&D, sales, and aftersales departments to ensure efficient product development and manufacturing readiness.
Report operational performance and risks to senior company leadership.

Компания предлагает

University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field from a recognized international institution (Master’s degree preferred).
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) – essential for daily internal and external communication.
Minimum 10 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in heavy equipment, metal processing, high-precision equipment manufacturing, or a related sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing production plants, including cross-departmental leadership (Production, Design, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics).
Strong technical knowledge of modern manufacturing methods: metal processing (laser cutting, bending, welding), coating/painting processes, and assembly.
Expertise in implementing Lean/Kaizen/Continuous Improvement practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Financial competence in managing plant budgets, investments, and cost controls.
Experience working in an international business environment is highly preferred.
