Actively seeking new target clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
Professional sale of insurance services to medium and large enterprises, along with consultations;
Analyzing client needs and offering the best insurance solutions;
Structuring business risk management processes and preparing proposals;
Representing the company in meetings with clients, insurers, associations, and other stakeholders;
Deepening knowledge of the insurance sector.

Требования

At least 1 year of experience in active sales;
Experience working with legal entities (medium to large businesses);
Higher education (advantage);
Understanding of insurance products (advantage);
Excellent reputation;
Positive attitude, responsibility, customer focus, and a strong orientation toward building relationships with clients;
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
