Provide technical and functional support for logistics applications.
Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance issues, and integration failures.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions.
Monitor application performance, availability, and security using IT monitoring tools.
Collaborate with developers and database administrators to optimize system processes, implement patches, updates, and fixes.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation for application workflows.
Respond to support tickets within SLAs and ensure proper issue escalation when needed.

Требования

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in application support or IT support (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries).
Experience with SQL databases (queries, troubleshooting, and optimizations).
Familiarity with API integrations, EDI, or middleware platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
