B2B Sales Reporting: Manage cross-Baltic sales reporting (70% periodic, 30% ad-hoc).
Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer behavior, and churn prevention.
Sales Pipeline Data Management: Analyze and maintain the data of sales pipeline, providing insights and updates to sales representatives.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute various reports to customers and internal teams.
Customer Data Management: Monitor, update, and improve customer master data.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work on projects and process improvements with various departments.

Reikalavimai

Work closely with B2B sales colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Coordinate with the European Circle K Team.

Įmonė siūlo

+2 years hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven, innovative, and creative problem-solver.
Experience with Salesforce, Oracle's JD Edwards, and data cubes is a plus.
