To take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues reported.
Identify performance bottlenecks, shipment system software defects, identify solutions to these problems.
Advise clients on system integration issues.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues, prepare the timely resolution reports.
Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Reikalavimai

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
Experience working within system support area .
Experience with MySQL, ability to read PHP, Javascript code.
Understanding of code versioning tools, experience with Linux, Docker.
Flexibility to adopt to fast changing business environment.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written) .
Great communication and time management skills.
Sense of ownership.
