We are driving global digitalization and process simplification for digital B2B customer onboarding experience, and we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This role offers a steep learning curve with engaging and challenging projects, where you will work closely with our Product Manager. In this role, you will contribute to managing and streamlining the digital onboarding process for new customers ensuring seamless setup and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey & Roadmap Definition:
Assist in creating the product roadmap.
Roadmap Execution:
Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure product roadmap delivery.
Facilitate product development activities and resolve issues.
Stakeholder Management:
Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders.
Ensure alignment on key deliverables through effective communication.
Incident Management:
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve incidents.
Facilitate dialogues to identify root causes and keep stakeholders informed.
Product management & Strategy Support:
Scope of responsibilities could be extended to support personal development within Product management and/or Strategy Execution areas.

Keen interest in Product Management.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
Willingness to travel when needed.
(Optional) Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
