Reikalavimai

Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes;Build long-term relationships with the company's customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs;Attend business meetings and travel to establish business contacts;Cooperate with colleagues in solving various situations that arise during cargo transportation;Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for future business development.

Have a proven track record of sales success: experience in driving and closing complex sales deals, with a keen understanding of the sales process (experience in logistics or transportation is preferred);Have experience with the European market;Are quick to learn and able to process large amounts of information;Demonstrate strategic vision: the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans for sustained business growth.Possess strong planning and time management skills;Are fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages (German, French or Italian) would be a big advantage.
