Build, manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent communication and service satisfaction;
Sell tailored transportation solutions based on client needs and long-term cooperation goals;
Lead full-cycle sales processes – from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals;
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of transportation services and efficient flow of truck capacity;
Monitor sales performance and market trends to drive strategic improvements;
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

Reikalavimai

2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, transportation or a related sector;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions;
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages – an advantage;
Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented personality;
Team player with a customer-centric approach and international business acumen.
