PACKED BEVERAGES AND AGE-RESTRICTED CATEGORY MANAGER (Tobacco, all packed beverages including energy drinks)
Develop and implement category strategy for the specific segment.
Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor market pricing and adjust product pricing strategies accordingly.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align food category strategies with broader business initiatives.
Collaborate with store managers to address specific store-level needs and challenges.

Reikalavimai

Proven and successful experience in commerce area;
Work experience in tobacco and beverages management would be a big advantage;
Familiarity with tobacco and beverages industry regulations and trends;
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills;
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
Written and spoken Lithuanian and English languages;
Positive attitude and creativity.
