„Genome“ is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer to lead their commercial strategy and drive business growth. As a key member you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets, while expanding market opportunities and building key partnerships.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, overseeing business development, and inspiring a success-driven work culture.
Enhance customer satisfaction by aligning with marketing and support teams to improve the customer experience.
Oversee budgets and performance, managing resources efficiently and tracking financial and sales metrics.
Collaborate across departments to align commercial activities with company goals, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and track KPIs.

Reikalavimai

Proven experience (+5 years) in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role.
Strong understanding of FinTech industry, finance market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Proven ability to drive collaboration across departments and ensure commercial strategies align with company goals.
