Review technical designs and assist in tender/contract preparations.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using ERP systems
Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead site operations.
Serve as the exclusive company representative in the Lithuanian market, maintaining strong relationships with local partners while coordinating remotely with the headquarters in Poland.
Handle final acceptance procedures and post-project reporting.

Reikalavimai

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
A valid construction manager qualification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management.
Proven success in leading and managing construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Valid Category B driver's license and working-at-heights certification.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certification for working at heights above 3 meters – would be an advantage.
