Periodic financial reporting and analysis – prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and performance tracking. Participate in monthly closing and reporting.
Budget preparation and control - work with different departments to set budget forecasts and track budget compliance.
Reporting process improvement - identify opportunities to automate and optimize the reporting process.
KPI analysis for financial and operational performance - track and analyze financial and operational KPIs, generating insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
Financial and business controls implementation and monitoring.
Business case evaluation and ROI analysis - assess business cases for new investments, focusing on ROI analysis to guide investment decisions and ensure value generation.

Reikalavimai

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Higher education in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in English.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Tableau,) is a plus.
