Develop engaging digital design assets for online channels, including website graphics, email templates, social media visuals, and display ads to enhance our online presence.
Utilize proficiency in multimedia design, video creation, and 3D design, while showing a strong interest in further developing these skills.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency across all design elements.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate graphics for blog posts, presentations, infographics, and other content to communicate our brand messages effectively.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to provide design support for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) enhancements on our platforms.
Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Reikalavimai

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding principles.
Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and relevant tools like Figma and Canva.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders.
A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing environment.
