Join Our Team
We are currently seeking a Head of Finance to oversee and drive the local finance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, strategic planning, and operational excellence within our Lithuanian team.
Main responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership
Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;
Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership;
Support business decision-making through financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis;
Drive financial transparency and data-driven culture;
Serve as a key member of the country leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy.
Reporting, Compliance & Controls
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting;
Oversee preparation of financial statements;
Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes and deliver clear, actionable management reports;
Oversee compliance with Group controls, local law and other statutory obligations;
Lead annual audit and tax processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance;
Own internal controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
Team Management
Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
Operational Excellence & Systems
Optimize and scale financial systems, tools, and automation to support business growth;
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure;
Lead implementation of finance systems that improve speed, accuracy, and insight.

Reikalavimai

Proven experience in a senior finance role with ownership of both accounting and financial planning functions;
Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance teams and operations in a growing business;
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills;
Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non financial stakeholders;
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and advanced Excel capabilities;
Strong analytical thinking and confident, data-informed decision-making;
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment;
Strong knowledge in English (at least B2).

Salary from 5000 €/month gross. The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
