Reikalavimai

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful marketing leadership position (experience in international company would be an advantage);
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans;
Excellent leadership and team management skills;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovative marketing campaign;
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes;
Be responsible, proactive, creative, able to work in dynamic, fast evolving environment with a positive “can – do” attitude;
Fluent English's skills.
