We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee our comprehensive suite of services, including cleaning, catering, maintenance, and more. Key responsibilities:
Organize and control all aspects of hard (technical maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, catering) and other facility operations.
Drive growth and profitability through meticulous planning and execution.
Oversee budgetary control to meet and exceed financial targets.
Cultivate a highly motivated team of department and facility managers who prioritize customer satisfaction and contractual excellence.
Maintain strong client interactions and relationships across small and medium accounts.
Prepare detailed financial and operational reports on business performance and activities.
Ensure adherence to local laws, governing bodies, and customer policies.
Stay ahead of market trends, analyse customer needs, and implement the best-suited solutions.

Reikalavimai

Minimum of 5 years in the services industry, with a preference for facility management.
Proven success in managing and standardizing service projects.
At least 5 years of experience in team management and performance oversight.
Strong dedication to customer and client satisfaction.
Proficiency with P&L and the ability to leverage financial indicators for better business decisions.
Willingness to embrace and implement new ideas, concepts, and practices.
Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Valid driving license.
