Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
Keep up with recruitment trends and tools to support continuous improvement.
Work closely with team leaders to understand and help address staffing requirements and other employee relations matters.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to shaping HR strategy and best practices.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, including headhunting.
Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the role and the organization.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal, positive attitude and communication skills.
Understanding of labor laws.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
