Recruitment
Manage recruitment processes for a variety of blue-collar and white-collar positions, from production and warehouse to engineering and office roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels; review CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate selection processes and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Support selected international recruitment projects and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
HR Administration & Support
Maintain accurate information in recruitment and HR systems.
Prepare and organise HR documentation and support the administration of HR tools and processes.
Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
Support HR initiatives and help improve everyday HR processes.

Reikalavimai

Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
Practical recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to completing tasks.
Confidence using digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and candidates.
Fluency in Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English (B2 level). Russian is an advantage.
You do not need experience in every area of HR. We value a hands-on approach, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
This is primarily an office-based role, combining recruitment activities with administrative tasks and close collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation: €2,300–€2,700 gross per month, depending on your skills and experience.
