Preparation, coordination, review, and compliance assurance of company documents, internal/external procedures, and contracts.
Participation in negotiations for the alignment of collaboration terms with potential company partners and suppliers.
Assessment and assurance of compliance with data protection principles and requirements within the company.
Representation of the company's interests and communication with governmental institutions.
Providing legal advice to colleagues.
Supervision of administrative and archival solutions for company operational documents.
Assistance in organizing the activities of the management team and board.
Smooth coordination of work in collaboration with external legal service providers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.

Reikalavimai

Higher legal education.
At least 4 years of legal work experience as an in-house company lawyer or in a law firm.
Ability to oversee data management processes.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
Communication skills, analytical thinking, and a touch of creativity.
Ability to argue, identify problems, offer proposals, and make decisions.
Organized, independent, and result-oriented.
