Monitor legal developments in areas relevant to the company’s activities (Fintech, Payments, Electronic Money, AML, etc.) and provide advice, participate on their implementation.
Participate in compliance monitoring of company activities and processes, including conducting compliance checks, identifying legal and regulatory risks, proposing corrective actions, and following up on action plans.
Participate in internal and external audits by providing legal expertise and ensuring timely responses.
Conduct training sessions for employees on applicable laws and internal regulations.
Prepare, analyze, and submit legal documents (requests, responses) to regulatory authorities, public institutions, associations.
Analyze and provide legal opinions or responses in disputes involving clients, partners, or other third parties.
Develop, review, and update internal policies and other documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory changes and the company’s risk management framework.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts (including outsourcing requirements, DORA or other compliance requirements), ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with internal procedures.
Provide legal opinions and consultations to management, business units, and employees on matters related to regulatory compliance and legal obligations.

Reikalavimai

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
3+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of financial institutions and financial service regulations, DORA, AML, GDPR.
Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Ability to present information accurately, timely, and clearly, as well as to provide feedback to parties involved.
