Develop, implement, and maintain the AML/CFT risk assessment framework, policies, and internal controls in line with regulatory standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of AML/CFT processes, propose improvements, and ensure updates in response to legal or operational changes.
Act as the main liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., FNTT), handle suspicious activity reports, and represent the company in compliance matters.
Aggregate internal reports, oversee investigations, and deliver annual AML/CFT reports to senior management and external reports to the Bank of Lithuania.
Lead internal AML/CFT training initiatives and promote a strong compliance culture across the company.

Reikalavimai

5+ years of experience in AML/financial crime compliance, ideally in fintech.
Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, KYC/CDD, sanctions, screening, and global regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership in managing compliance teams and implementing AML strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex regulations.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with regulators and handling external reporting obligations.
Certifications such as CAMS or ICA are a strong advantage.
