Reikalavimai

Proven experience as a Product Owner/ Project Manager in the digital/IT/e-commerce/fintech field is a must.
Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, business processes, and technology components.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Ability to work autonomously with a balance of collaboration: You don’t need to wait for directions but know when buy-in is critical.
Ability to be the bridge between the business side and the technical team.
You love the agile process but know how to be pragmatic and adaptive.
Creativity to find paths even if teams are focused on their own roadmaps.
