Define, maintain, and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
Work closely with engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories.
Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication on progress, timelines, and risks.
Champion continuous improvement by gathering team feedback and optimizing Agile processes.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact delivery.

Reikalavimai

3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner/ Project Manager is a must.
Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, business processes, and technology components.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Ability to work autonomously with a balance of collaboration: You don’t need to wait for directions but know when buy-in is critical.
Ability to be the bridge between the business side and the technical team.
You love the agile process but know how to be pragmatic and adaptive.
