Lead and manage the car carriers forwarding department, overseeing all operational and administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the department's client base and optimize service offerings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the automotive transportation industry.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall service quality.

Требования

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in transport field (experience in car carriers forwarding – an advantage) with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of the transport industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving departmental goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation also problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
