ISS Lietuva started operating in 2005 and today has over 300 employees. ISS Lietuva provides integrated facility services such as office support, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, health and safety and etc.
Today we are looking for Sales Lead who will be responsible for leading B2B sales activities.
Main responsibilities:
Actively looking for new sales opportunities and making contacts;
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients;
Preparation of commercial offers, presentations, participation in negotiations;
Formation and development of sales strategy in Lithuania;
Organization and execution of the sales process;
Implementation of sales targets and sales budget;
Market and competitors analysis.

Reikalavimai

B2B sales experience;
Experience in complex service delivery solutions;
Good understanding of common business principles;
Diplomacy and ability to persuade, professionally and logically arguing;
Persistence in achieving goals;
Very good planning and prioritization skills;
Willingness to walk an extra mile;
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
Excellent English language skills, Russian language knowledge – advantage;
Drivers license B category.
