Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing the process of tax calculations and ensuring the timely filing of tax returns and reports in cooperation with outsourced tax partners/advisors (focus on VAT and CIT).
Contribute to the review of existing tax compliance process, identifying existing problems and challenges. Participate in creating, implementing, and continuous improving of existing and newly established tax compliance and related risk management process.
Cooperation with outsourced tax partners/advisors in solving difficult and complex tax matters.
Assist Head of accounting unit to solve various taxation related matters. Support other departments in organization to handle tax related questions.

Reikalavimai

Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of taxation.
Strong understanding of Lithuanian tax reporting requirements and experience of applying it in practice (focus on VAT and CIT; knowledge of PIT, excise tax, and real estate tax is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian both written and spoken.
Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
Accounting backgrounds (an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Analytical and critical thinking, attention to details, accuracy, accountability, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
