We are looking for an experienced Shipment Business Manager to join our Lithuania team. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in shipping operations and logistics who is eager to lead and innovate in the field.

Reikalavimai

Manage and oversee all aspects of shipping operations, including sea freight, container carriage, and multimodal transport;
Build and maintain strategic relationships with shipping lines, carriers, and logistics partners;
Ensure optimal performance of shipment operations, focusing on cost-efficiency and service quality;
Oversee compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies;
Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering growth and operational excellence;
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth;
Work closely with sales teams to develop and tailor shipping solutions for clients;
Manage budgets and prepare detailed reports on shipment operations and performance metrics.

Proven experience in shipping and freight management (minimum 5 years in a relevant role);
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong knowledge of sea freight, container logistics, and customs clearance processes;
Exceptional leadership and team management skills;
Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management tools;
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders;
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
