Reikalavimai

Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Project Management Unit, enhancing operational efficiency and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with Senior Management to refine project processes and systems, ensuring effective execution and unified KPI tracking across the organization.
Allocate resources and oversee project assignments within the Project Management Unit, ensuring optimal distribution across various projects.
Foster a professional environment that supports the growth and development of team at all levels.
Lead and mentor project managers, offering guidance and training to enhance skills, ensuring the continuous improvement of project teams.
Promote accountability through performance reviews and by ensuring the use of the organization’s performance management system.
Oversee the reporting process to ensure timely and accurate submission of stakeholder reports.
Resolve project and contractor management challenges while ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Ensure timely project implementation, monitoring budget, quality, and resources throughout the project lifecycle. Track project benefits beyond implementation to measure success.

From 5 years of experience managing large renewable energy projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification preferred).
At least 5 years of team leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver projects within budget, on time, and in compliance with standards.
Strong expertise in financial and project management, including budgeting and resource planning. Familiarity with project management frameworks (IPMA, PMP, or Prince2 certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when dealing with contractors and government agencies.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in renewable energy projects and implement process improvements.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
